If you are not in these areas, please contact us to confirm the shipping cost before making payment.
2. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. You are responsible for picking up from the port, custom clearance, and paying taxes. These charges vary depending on the country, port, and product (about 300USD-1000USD). Please check with your country’s customs office to determine these costs before buying.

3. May I have my own logo or design for the products?
— Oui, we can print your logos on, and if your logos are not quite complicated, logo printing will be free of charge
4. What about the quality control?
— Providing the best quality products to our clients is our aim, so quality control is important to our business. Our QC will check each product to confirm perfection.
5. How about the package?
— We use double packing bags for our inflatable products: PVC bag + extra woven bag for shipping and heavy-duty carton for the blowers.
6. Can you make my design?
— Oui. You can send us your design photos with detailed requirements, and we will send you drawings for confirmation before production.
