The CR4501 color reader is a compact device that can test color values (Labor, RGB) and look up color card numbers. It is about half the size of a mobile phone. When the measurement port is aligned with the sample surface, clicking „Prüfen“ on the instrument or mobile app provides the color value in about 1 zweite. The mobile app also has the functionality to look up color cards. It currently supports Pantone CU and RAL K5 color cards. When a color is tested, the closest color card number is displayed on the mobile screen. This feature eliminates the need for bulky and heavy paper color cards, making work easier.
The CR4501 color reader is designed by combining advanced color sensors with a rich app ecosystem. It utilizes a 45/0 geometric optical structure in line with CIE No.15, providing a compact and portable solution for color difference quality control in various industries.
