Description du produit
Information
Reamers are with one or more cutter teeth. Holes can be with exact size and shape after the reamers’ processing. Finished product can be smooth, intact and more beautiful.
Reamers can be used to process holes in small cuts based on guiding function, such as: holes with diameter tolerance in ≤IT8; holes with requirements in surface roughness (≤Rz12 generally); holes with requirements in roundness tolerance; holes with requirements in cylindricity; stepped holes (different diameter holes on the same axis); series holes (diameter holes on the same axis) with requirements in high coaxality.
Chucking Reamers
High-speed Steel Tool
High-speed steel tools are with combination of hardness and toughness for wear resistance. Suitable for most general purpose applications.
Straight Flute
Straight flute tools allow chips to collect in the flutes and can make shallow cuts in most applications. For reaming cylindrical shape holes.
No Coatings
Designed with the base substrate without any additional coatings, good for wide ranges of applications.
Features Used for light cut, repair work, removing stock or simply for enlarging holes. Chucking reamers (machine reamers) are used on lathes, drill presses and screw machines. Round shank can be used with a wide variety of tool holding systems.
Wide Applications
Cut and remove the thin layer metal on hole surface that has been processed, mainly to improve the precision of holes and reduce the surface roughness.Used for semi-finish machining and finish machining of holes.
Designed for accurate reaming in aluminum, cast iron, copper, alloy steel, die steel, plastic, bois, etc.. Use on all types of equipment including screw machines, turret lathes, drill presses and machining centers

1. Question: What materials can the uxcell Chucking Reamer Set be used on?
Répondre: The uxcell Chucking Reamer Set is suitable for use on a variety of materials including steel, aluminium, brass, and other non-ferrous metals.
2. Question: What is the difference between a chucking reamer and a hand reamer?
Répondre: A chucking reamer is designed to be used with a machine such as a lathe or milling machine, while a hand reamer is operated manually. Chucking reamers are more precise and produce smoother finishes on the workpiece.
3. Question: How do I choose the right size chucking reamer for my project?
Répondre: It is important to select a chucking reamer that is slightly smaller than the desired hole size, as it will remove material and enlarge the hole to the correct size. Be sure to measure the existing hole accurately before selecting a reamer.
4. Question: Can the uxcell Chucking Reamer Set be used on hardened materials?
Répondre: While the uxcell Chucking Reamer Set is primarily designed for use on softer materials, it can be used on hardened materials with the proper cutting speeds and feeds. It is recommended to use a cutting fluid for lubrication when reaming hardened materials.
5. Question: How often should I replace the chucking reamer in the set?
Répondre: The frequency of replacing the chucking reamer will depend on the material being reamed and the intensity of use. It is recommended to inspect the cutting edges regularly for wear and replace the reamer when it no longer produces clean cuts.
