1. If remote does not connect to the excavator, il’s usually caused by low power of them. Please replace/recharge batteries, turn on remote and excavator and try to connect again. If not work, please feel free to contact our after-sales team and we will help you solve any concern.
2. If charging cable/other parts are lost or missing, please contact our after-sales team and we will send you new ones for free.
3. If the kolegend 1:18 excavator is used together with the dump truck, the excavator needs to be placed on a slope higher than the dump truck.
