Our Smart Digital Door Peephole Viewer can be easily monitored using your handheld device, including Android smartphones and tablets. Since this product is not designed to be waterproof, please avoid contact with water during use to prevent damage to the product or accidents.
The Cawhum peephole viewer connects using the router’s 2.4GHz WLAN band (5GHz WLAN band is not supported).
With our Smart Digital Door Peephole Viewer, you can easily customize your settings using the mobile menu. Switch between one-way intercom and dual-way intercom modes, and adjust the PIR (motion detection) and night vision functions as needed. After receiving the smart digital door peeper, please remember to fully charge the battery before use, watch the product installation video, and instruction manual for better use.
Charging time depends on the type of charging head used, in general, a 5V2A charger will take 5-6 hours to fully charge the battery, while a 5V1A charger will take 8-9 hours. Please note that it may take up to an hour from charging to turning on the system, and the APP may not be able to connect to the device if the battery is low.
Two-Way Communication
Our Smart Digital Door Peephole Viewer offers two-way communication, allowing you to communicate with visitors in real-time. When someone presses the doorbell outside your front door, the doorbell will ring and you’ll receive a notification on your mobile device. This makes it easy to communicate with visitors even when you’re not at home, enhancing your home security and convenience.
Motion Detection(PIR Function)
Our Smart Digital Door Peephole Viewer comes with a motion detection (PIR) function that can be easily turned on or off from the Tuya App. Once enabled, you’ll receive a notification on your mobile device when someone triggers the doorbell outside. The sensitivity of the motion detection is adjustable, allowing you to customize it to your needs.

Support TFT Card: Snapshot & Recording
Our Smart Digital Door Peephole Viewer supports up to 128GB TFT cards for snapshot and video recording. You have two options for storing your data:
1. You can choose to continuously record and store videos locally on your mobile device through the Tuya App.
2. When the PIR function outside is triggered, the system will automatically save a video fragment to the indoor monitor equipped with a TFT card within seconds. This provides you with the flexibility to choose the storage option that best suits your needs. »
Wi-Fi Digital Peephole System Control via Tuya App (Supports Android & iOS):
1. Download the app on your phone (scan the QR code in the user guide), then open the Smart Life app. Select « Add Device », then select « Camera&lock » on the left, then « Smart Doorbell », follow the prompts to the next step, and finally select « Password Configuration ». Click Confirm and enter your home Wi-Fi account and password. The password for the paired device will be displayed on the app.
2. Press and hold the button of the indoor monitor for a few seconds to reset the system.
3.When you hear the tone, scan the code on your phone’s screen with the peephole doorbell face.
4.Within about 15-20 seconds, the peephole device will be displayed on the APP and the connection is complete.
Please make sure DHCP is enabled on your home Wi-Fi, otherwise the phone and the peephole system may not connect successfully.

If you experience any issues with the product, don’ne t'inquiète pas. Here are some solutions:
1.Si tu’re unable to record video, ensure that you’ve set it up in the app. Please note that you can only choose between recording video and taking screenshots.
2. After receiving the product, plug in the connecting cable, no image after powering on, please check whether the connecting cable is in the right direction, or try to re-install the connecting cable with the main screen. (It takes a few seconds to wake up the screen for the first time)
3. this product can only connect to router 2.4GHz wlan, not to 5GHz waln. if you have problems connecting, please check if your network meets this requirement.

Upon receipt of the product, you will find a protective film on the panel of the indoor unit. There may be slight scratches during transport, which may be unpredictable. Cependant, it is a brand new panel, which will not affect normal use. Enfiler’t worry.Upon receipt of the product, it is best to fully charge the battery before using it. The time to charge depends on the type of charging head you use.
