Oui, you can use it to detect hvac air vent wind situation. But please noted that it can’t directly display CFM airflow volume reading – manual calculation will be required to get this. FYI, Air Flow CFM(Q)=Wind speed(V) xDuct Cross Sectional Area(UN)
