Create a flat hem on the edge of your sheet metal project with this Bead Roller Hem Roll Set Tipping Die Tool. This roll set can be used for flanging the edge or with a soft bottom wheel to create impressions in metal for artwork and designs. It fits most bead rollers with 7/8 in or 22mm shafts and is held in place on the machine shaft with set screws. This tool is ideal for creating a fold in the edge of metal by « tipping » the material as it passes through the die. Multiple passes may be necessary to achieve the desired angle of hem. The shaft size is 7/8″ (22 mm), avec un 2″ outside diameter held in place with a set screw. It has a Mild Steel Capacity of 18 jauge (0.047″/1.2 mm), an Aluminum Capacity of 16 jauge (0.051″/1.3 mm), and a Stainless Steel Capacity of 21 jauge (0.034″/0.86 mm). This tool is not chrome plated and will not peel.
