About Shipment

1. Free shipping items are usually shipped worldwide by registered airmail and can take 12-39 days to reach the buyer. Some areas like Russia and Brazil, as well as remote regions, may take 30-60 jours. Please be patient as different places have different delivery times.

2. Please ensure you provide a full name, complete address, correct postcode, and telephone number.

Return & Remboursement

1. You have 7 days to contact us and 30 days to return the item from the date of receipt.

2. All returned items MUST be in the original packaging and you MUST PROVIDE us with the shipping tracking number, reason for return, and your PO number.

3. Return freight for buyer’s reasons is borne by the buyer, while return freight for seller’s product quality reasons is borne by the seller. It is recommended to consult with the seller before returning the goods.

About Guarantee

1. A 12-month limited Manufacturer’s Warranty is provided for defective items (excluding items damaged or misused). Accessories come with a 3-month warranty.

2. Defective items MUST be reported and returned within the warranty period in the original packaging, if possible. You must specify the defect and provide your order number.
