Screen printing is a versatile printing method that can be used on almost any substrate. Our company offers this comprehensive 4 color screen printing package that includes a 4-2 screen printing machine, a flash dryer, screen frames, and squeegees.
The table type and combinatorial design of the machine saves space and makes it convenient for transportation. The pallet bracket can be moved back and forth within 3.14/15″ (10cm) and the screen clamp can be adjusted up and down to accommodate screen frames up to 3/4″ (2cm).
The machine is equipped with a big supporting device to keep it stable and balanced. It is constructed with all-metal materials, advanced electrostatic spraying and electroplating for durability, easy cleaning, and rust resistance. The package also includes a full set of installing tools, manual instructions, and installation and operation videos.
Compared to the original 4 color 2 station printer, this new machine features a micro-adjust function for color matching. Small red handles allow for slight movements of the screen frame to the right or left, making it a good choice for colorful printing.
