Each barrel interior has a medium char, with no varnish applied to the exterior for optimal aging and oxidation. ACCELERATED AGING: Cure your 1-gallon whiskey barrel (5 liters) following the instructions included, then simply pour in your favorite alcohol and Age to Taste! Charred mini barrels are ideal for whisky, mead, wine, et plus. PERFECT BARREL AGED COCKTAILS – Extract natural flavors from the 5-liter oak barrel charred interior (vanilla and sweet spices) and infuse into a classic cocktail: the Negroni, Old Fashioned, Manhattan, Martini, or Whiskey Sour. MULTIPLE APPLICATIONS – Fits any kitchen or bar countertop – use as a dispenser for wine, cider, beer, mead, or kombucha. A small wooden bourbon barrel / whisky cask can be reused for many years and makes great home decor.
