It is equipped with a high-rise commercial spout on a hot and cold water faucet, as required by health departments. The station includes a 2.5-gallon electric hot water heater that heats water between 82° and 130°F, along with high-quality water lines and connectors and a 5-gallon freshwater tank.

Additional features include a commercial electric pump with backflow protection, a wastewater tank that is 15 percent larger than the freshwater tank, and a beveled bar drain with a basket and drain trap.
