The barbell features multiple knurling positions and lengths for convenience and safety, with a 700-pound capacity. The plates are made of solid cast iron with a 2-inch center hole that fits any Olympic bar with a diameter of 2” or less, and can also be used with 2” dumbbell bars. Each plate has a durable black baked enamel finish to prevent rust and corrosion, without any unpleasant odor.
