Product Description
Copper Pot
Each pure copper pot is hand hammered by a skilled artisan. This is where the process begins. The mixture is heated here and the copper helps it give flavor and aides in the uniform distribution of heat throughout the pot. The vapors created here from the heat moves to the onion head/
Onion Head
The onion head comes with a thermometer that monitors the heat being produced in the still and makes sure you have the right temperature to get the best out of your run. The onion head captures the vapor and directs it to the condenser.
Condenser
The vapors then enter the condenser and runs in the long coiled pure copper tube where the chilled water in the condenser cools down the vapor and converts them into liquid ready for bottling. The instruction booklet included with each product further helps you create the magical liquid.
