HOW DOES A SMALL 1 LITER OAK AGING BARREL WORK? Due to the high proportion of liquid in contact with the mini wooden barrel charred interior, spirits age 10x faster than larger, commercial-sized whiskey bourbon barrels, giving a balanced and aged flavor to alcohol in weeks rather than years.
FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS on how to cure your handcrafted 1L oak barrel and start sampling aged whiskey or bourbon after just a few days. If desired, add Swish Barrel Essence Flavoring (non incluso) and in two weeks, your one-of-a-kind liquor blend will be aged to perfection and ready to serve straight from the tap. Pour into a liquor decanter to stop the aging process.
PERFECT BARREL AGED COCKTAILS – Extract natural flavor from the charred American oak barrel interior (such as vanilla, sweet spices, and coconut) and infuse them into any cocktail drink: Manhattan, Martini, Negroni, Old Fashioned, Sazerac, Mint Julep, E molti altri.
