DISTILLERY SERIES mini whiskey aging barrels are made from new American oak staves, air dried for 18-24 months to ensure maximum flavor. Each barrel interior has a medium char, with no varnish applied to the exterior for optimal aging and oxidation. ACCELERATED AGING: Cure your 1-gallon whiskey barrel (5 litri) following the instructions included, then simply pour in your favorite alcohol and Age to Taste! Charred mini barrels are ideal for whisky, mead, vino, e altro ancora. PERFECT BARREL AGED COCKTAILS – Extract natural flavors from the 5-liter oak barrel charred interior (vanilla and sweet spices) and infuse into a classic cocktail: the Negroni, Old Fashioned, Manhattan, Martini, or Whiskey Sour. MULTIPLE APPLICATIONS – Fits any kitchen or bar countertop – use as a dispenser for wine, cider, birra, mead, or kombucha. A small wooden bourbon barrel / whisky cask can be reused for many years and makes great home decor. Include – One 1-gallon aging barrel, wooden stand, oak bung, spigot, funnels, storing tablets and complete care instructions. Alcohol NOT included!
