I definitely feel more confident using the stairs while holding our baby & dog.
They are stylish and soft on the feet. They were very easy to install, yes removing the backing is a little cumbersome but not terrible, and they stay in place with no issues. My dog is able to easily go up and down them which is the reason I bought them but they are also nice for us humans too.
