Description:
This flash dryer serves as a universal device for the single and double rotary screen presses manufactured by our company. It is also compatible with all multi-color screen presses produced by our company since 2016. Simply take down one set of the screen frame arm on the press and attach this dryer to start working. After installation, 4-color overprinting will turn into 3 colors, while a 6-color screen press will become 5 color. If drying is not required, simply restore the screen frame arm to its original position.

After adding the dryer to the multi-color screen press, when printing a color, turn the dryer to the workstation, flash for a few seconds until the substrate surface is dried and no longer sticks to the screen. This process reduces drying time, enhances work efficiency, and reduces work intensity.

Operations:
1. Connect the power supply upon proper installation.
2. Turn on the switch for automatic operation.
3. Place the thermometer probe on the drying table, heat for about 20 minutes, then check the actual temperature. Adjust the height of the drying box if the temperature is too low or high.

Applications:
This flash dryer effectively cures plastisol ink for silk screen printing, making it suitable for use in home offices and presses during the paper era.

Notice: Some lubricant is applied to prevent rusting, which may result in smoke initially. The smoke will dissipate once the lubricant dries. This is not a quality issue.

Universal:
This dryer is compatible with all multi-color screen printing machines produced since 2016. Simply remove one frame arm from the screen printing machine and install the dryer.

Adjustable Height Stand:
The dryer can be adjusted up to 14cm based on drying requirements.
