When the wheel(button) does not come out or put in.
It is so easy to fix it (Just need a screw driver and 2 minutes).
1. Unscrew the bolts by screw driver and open the bolt cover of wheel box. 2. Pick a wheel out. 3. Check the springs on both sides and if it is bent, straighten and reinsert it. Put a wheel in and the bolts cover back and tighten the bolts.

When you want to glide, Press the button at the heel.
The roller will pop up automatically.
If you just want normal sports shoes, You can simply press the button at the heel to hide the roller.
