Aging Whiskey in a wood barrel cask made from new American Oak. Charred mini barrels are perfect for whisky, rum, tequila and mead wine. FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS on how to cure your handcrafted 1 gal oak barrel (5 liter) and start sampling aged whiskey after just a few days. If desired, add a Swish Barrel Essence Flavoring (not included) and in two weeks, your one-of-a-kind liquor blend will be aged to perfection and ready to serve straight from the tap. Pour into a liquor decanter to stop the aging process. PERFECT BARREL AGED COCKTAILS – Extract natural flavor elements from a small charred American oak barrel 5 liter interior (such as vanilla, sweet spices and coconut ) and infuse them into cocktail drinks: The Manhattan, Martini, Negroni, Old Fashioned, Sazerac, Mint Julep and many more. USE FOR MULTIPLE AGING CYCLES – a 1-gallon barrel keg can be used for many years and makes for a great bar-restaurant liquor dispenser or addition to any man cave liquor cabinet.
