4)Buyers should inspect package / goods carefully before signing receipt of goods. If there is any damages, please do not sign it and contact your local TNT / DHL / Fedex OR please contact with us within 24 hours.
Please note:
1,If you choose shipment by airplane / international express, refrigerant will been removed before shipping, because it is forbidden on the plane. So, you need fill the refrigerant before using, more details, we will inform you once you receive the machine.
2, After a long period transportation transfer, will inevitably result in the refrigerant reflux and other phenomena, if the new buy ice cream machine, please put the new machine flat on the floor 12 hours before using.
Delivery :
1, If you choose "Seller's Shipping Method" or "EMS", we will help you to arrange the shipment by sea and delivery to your nearest seaport! If shipping by sea, our offer is based on the CFR trade terms! That means, after arriving destination seaport, the buyer need to pay the destination port charges (such as terminal handling charges, documents charges, storage charges, ect), tax to do the customs clearance and pick up the goods.
2, If you choose shipment "By Fedex / TNT / UPS / DHL", we will send the machine by express delivery, door to door service.
